Margaret has been painting in Watercolour for several years now. Recently she has ventured into the world of Pastels, Oils and Coloured Pencil, works which she has found challenging. She would not claim to specialize in any particular subject, however she does like painting  sailing boats, sea and shore, old buildings and portraiture.

Her love of yachts and the sea and shore was fostered during eight years living aboard a small yacht and sailing the East Coast of Australia and a trip to Papua New Guinea.

She has painted many old buildings and lighthouses around Eastern Australia and Tasmania, some in Watercolour and some in Pen and Ink and Watercolour.

Margaret will undertake any commission for portraiture, be it house, pet , boat or a loved one. All that is required is a really good photograph.
